Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

You will receive a confirmation email

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, etc.)

We do not offer direct product exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received:

1. Recheck your bank or UPI account


2. Contact your payment provider
